Now that I have setup a virtual environment with SP2010, I was literally stuck..thinking ...now what!!!
I guess Microsoft heard me and I found this real good evaluation guide on their technet site http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262881(office.14).aspx . The guide starts from what's new and runs through installation, deployment and upgrade options. I found this guide really helpful.
